My Library is your personal page, where you can check the notices from the library or the system utilization status.

In My Library, you can request borrowing or photocopying of materials held in other organizations or change the personal settings.

Below describes the information checked in My Library and the available functions.

Notices from the library

Announcements or messages from the library are shown according to your utilization status of the system.

Materials you are borrowing

If you are borrowing some materials, the number of the materials is shown.

The number of the materials you are borrowing from the library and that from other organizations are shown separately.

Clicking material links shows the list of the materials you are borrowing.

In the list (status) of the materials you are borrowing from the library, you can renew the borrowing.

Materials to be obtained

My Library shows the number of materials in the reservation list or the ones requested to the library.

Clicking material links shows the list of the current status of the reserved or requested materials.

The reservations or requests can be canceled from the list.

New request

The following requests are newly applied in My Library:

• Borrowing materials held in other organizations
• Photocopying materials held in other organizations

To add new requests in My Library, you are required to enter the information of the corresponding materials.

My bookmark

The information of the materials with bookmarks is shown.

The material lists are shown in each bookshelf specified upon bookmarking. Materials to which a particular bookshelf is not specified upon bookmarking are registered as “Not sorted.”

Clicking [View all] shows the list of all materials registered in My bookmark.

Personal settings

Your personal service settings and login password are changed.

Other information

Other announcements from the library are shown.
